Held yearly over the June long weekend, the State Titles is a competition between the QCSA Zones. Invitations to compete are also given to the Sunshine Coast Churches Soccer Association and the Queensland Baptist Soccer Association.

This year the QCSA State Titles were held 7th-9th June at Redbank Plains, with teams representing 9 Age Groups and 7 Zones.
