Coaches with high levels of compassion and values of fair play.
It is the attitude of the coach that sets the atmosphere of the team.
Win or lose the game, with a great coach the players can still be successful.
It is not only the score that makes a team Winners.
We have an example of this already in 2010.

was demonstrated earlier this year by a coach of an u12 team
The score was 4 nil at half time, not long after half time those ahead scored a 5th goal, at this point the coach called one of the players off the field leaving only 10 players on the field. I mentioned this to the coach and his reply was, “To make this game fair I have told the team each time they score a goal in the second half I will be removing the goal scorer from the field.” In the end they finished the game with 7 players.
This decision reflects the concern for the wellbeing of all players, and the need to have a fair and competitive game that can be enjoyed by all.
His behaviour is a good example of

Venue depends on number of coaches & which zone they're from and possibly to be held on Saturdays from mid Oct to the end of Nov. The minimum number of coaches per course is 12.
